Examples of when to do this:

• using a conference room and want/need to receive call to your extension
• need to call from a phone that does not have long distance rights

Dial extension 5101, enter your Extension # and passcode when prompted

Press 7 (Change Mailbox options)

Press 3 (Reassign Extension)

Press 1 to Assign / Press 2 to Un-assign (Return to assigned phone station)
