Your school iPad is automatically backed up as long you're signed into your Apple ID. Learn how to sign into your Apple ID here - https://techtools.shakopeeschools.org/117025-apple/sign-into-an-apple-id
Notability, Photos, and most other apps should be backed up to iCloud automatically. However, there are some apps which are not included in automatic iCloud backups. Select an app to learn how to manually back it up.
Notability
1. Open Notability and tap on the Settings gear icon in the lower left corner.
2. Tap on the Connected Services tab. Make sure the iCloud Syncing button is switched on.
iMovie
1. Within an iMovie project, tap the share button, and then tap Export Project.
Minecraft Education Worlds
Minecraft Worlds should automatically be saved to the cloud. If you want to confirm that you have cloud storage turned on, open Minecraft Education, find the Settings, and check that cloud storage is turned on.
If you want to verify that your worlds are backed up to the cloud, click on My Worlds and look for the little cloud icon. If they are saved to the cloud, they can be accessed from any device that you are signed into with your @shakopeeschools.org account.
