Outlook for Web also known as Webmail / Outlook.Office.com allows District staff to access their shakopee.k12.mn.us email from a browser.
MFA Prompt
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) was implemented in Spring of 2023, as a result it is highly likely accessing Outlook for Web will prompt for MFA verification.
How to Access
Navigate to https:\\outlook.office.com
Enter your email address and click “Next”
Enter your password and click “Next”
If receive MFA Prompt follow on screen directions for method you have setup.
****Note if you have not setup MFA yet it is likely you will be forced to setup at this time. Additional directions can be found in “Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)” article under staff \ contractors tab.****
If receive following message select No if not on a personal owned system (example: library \ hotel \ etc).
